Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and we dispatch orders at 5pm every weekday. We aim to process & dispatch all orders within 3 working days. You will receive confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
If you wish to arrange your own delivery or collect the goods from our warehouse, simply choose “Arrange Own Delivery” on the checkout page and we will call you when your order is ready. If you have any special requirements please mention these in the Order Comments section on the checkout page.
Shipping Zone 1 – Baltic States – delivered in 3-5 day period after dispatch
Shipping Zone 2 – Europe (Denmark, Finland, Germany, Poland, Sweden) – delivered in 5-10 day period after dispatch
Shipping Zone 3 – Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom (UK) – delivered in 7-15 day period after dispatch
Shipping Zone 5 (Belarus, Lichtenstein, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Malta) – delivered 12-15 working days after dispatch
Rest of the world – delivered 12 -30 working days after dispatch
Please note that you may need to pay customs clearance and any other applicable taxes and duties when importing goods from Latvia; the delivery prices we quote are for delivery only. The shipping company will contact you when the delivery depot receives the goods and will only complete delivery when any bills have been settled.

If these costs are not paid by you, the shipping company reserves the right to either return the goods to us or destroy the parcel.
